Cary Scott Goldinger
Cary Scott Goldinger founded his namesake law firm in 1984 and he has been practicing law in the State of New York for 30 years. Mr. Goldinger’s extensive experience in litigation and his highly toned skills in negotiations are well known throughout the legal and business community. Mr. Goldinger has handled many high profile matters and several of his cases have been published. Mr. Goldinger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Goldinger is also on the Corporate Committee for the Nassau County Museum of Art.
Justin Levy serves as an Associate of our law firm. He has extensive experience in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, including securities, real estate, employment, and bankruptcy litigation matters. Prior to joining our firm, Justin spent nearly six years in the Litigation and Trial Department of Latham & Watkins LLP, where his practice included proceedings in New York and various other jurisdictions around the country and world. Justin has also spent several years working at a vareity of other premier Manhattan-based law firms focused on general commercial and real estate litigation matters. Justin earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Notes & Comments editor on the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. In his free time, Justin is an avid sports fan and is a passionate supporter of the New York Rangers, Mets, Jets, and Knicks.
