Cary Scott Goldinger founded his namesake law firm in 1984 and he has been practicing law in the State of New York for 30 years. Mr. Goldinger’s extensive experience in litigation and his highly toned skills in negotiations are well known throughout the legal and business community. Mr. Goldinger has handled many high profile matters and several of his cases have been published. Mr. Goldinger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Goldinger is also on the Corporate Committee for the Nassau County Museum of Art.
Halie Kaplan serves as an Associate of our law firm. She was previously a Staff Attorney in the litigation department of Paul Weiss Wharton Rifkind and Garrison for over 12 years. Ms. Kaplan has assisted in all phases of eDiscovery on behalf of major banks and insurance companies in response to document requests by various government and industry regulatory agencies. Ms. Kaplan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2001 and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2004.
