Cary Scott Goldinger
Cary Scott Goldinger founded his namesake law firm in 1984 and he has been practicing law in the State of New York for 30 years. Mr. Goldinger’s extensive experience in litigation and his highly toned skills in negotiations are well known throughout the legal and business community. Mr. Goldinger has handled many high profile matters and several of his cases have been published. Mr. Goldinger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Goldinger is also on the Corporate Committee for the Nassau County Museum of Art.
Jennifer Arditi serves as Of Counsel to our law firm. She began her law career at the firm of Aiello and Cannick located in Queens, New York in 1995. Ms. Arditi worked in several areas of law including, litigation, appeals and high profile criminal matters. She developed the civil practice for the firm and has extensive experience in commercial litigation, FLSA matters, Department of Labor claims, Employment law, Contracts, Personal Injury and Real Estate. Ms. Arditi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Johns University in Queens, New York and received her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Johns University School of Law with Cum Laude honors.
